There are a lot of recipes for okroshki, and I do not even doubt that in the comments I will be bitten by "experts" who will argue that my recipe for okroshka is never a classic one. Your right, of course, but this recipe was not invented by me, but taken from the book of Pokhlebkin, which, in fact, says that there are many recipes for okroshka, and it is absolutely impossible to determine which one is right and classical. In general, let's not bother about the classic recipe. The main thing is that it was delicious. And the okroshka, cooked according to this recipe, turns out really tasty - you can not doubt it. So, the classic recipe for okroshki: Greens cut into small capacity, the pot is perfect. Add salt, 2 pinches. We take a crush for mashed potatoes (you can do something different than it will be more convenient) and rub the greens with salt. Pour kefir and mix. Add more salt, if necessary. Half of one cucumber rubbed on a large grater, the remaining cucumbers cut into small straws. Cut boiled eggs finely chopped, radish thin straw. Stir, put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Ideal with baked potatoes. Before serving, you can decorate with green onions! Bon Appetit!
