Pre-washed and peeled berries are ground to uniformity with a blender. We put in a water bath bowl with eggs, sugar and vanilla. While the mixture is standing in a water bath, gently beat it with a mixer. When the mixture becomes thick - remove from a water bath, let it cool. In another bowl, whisk our cream to soft peaks. Gently add the ground berries to the egg mixture. Mix with a spoon, after which add the whipped cream. Again, gently stir. Then pour into a plastic mold and put in the freezer for 4 hours. After 4 hours, the ice cream will solidify and be ready to serve. You can serve with whole berries. Bon Appetit!
