Eastern respiratory therapy

What is eastern respiratory therapy?

This seems rather strange, however, an effective method of treating many diseases is associated with breathing. A woman who lives in the modern world, who has lost inner harmony due to constant physical, mental and social stress, often can not immediately experience the therapeutic effect of proper breathing. Infants and small children breathe properly, but with age this ability is most often lost. By means of respiratory therapy a person again learns the right breathing, which allows him to get rid of the heavy internal tension and return the necessary peace of mind.
The impact of eastern respiratory therapy

Respiratory therapy is a variety of physical exercises that affect the human psyche. Simultaneously, this is the pedagogical method. In addition, the aim of respiratory therapy is to again teach the person to breathe properly. It is especially important to understand what prevents proper breathing, and with the help of special exercises to feel yourself and your body in a new way. The process of breathing is provided by the autonomic nervous system, whose functions are in turn influenced by the rhythm of life, our impressions, fear, cares, irritation, fright or joy. However, the frequency and depth of breathing a person can always regulate the effort of his will. Improper breathing can lead to disruption of some vital body functions and the occurrence of diseases. Therefore, deep right breathing is very important for every person regardless of his age and health status. Breathing exercises can help with autonomic dystonia. This disease can be manifested by insomnia, inability to concentrate, palpitations, chills, chronic fatigue or other similar symptoms, which has an extremely unfavorable effect on a woman's life.

Conditions necessary for carrying out breathing exercises

For respiratory exercises it is important to choose a time when no one disturbs you. In the room for conducting exercises should be calm, warm and comfortable. Clothes should be comfortable, do not tighten or squeeze. It is recommended to unfasten the strap and untie the collar. The optimal position of the body is the position of the seamstress. If this position is impossible, then it is recommended to sit on a chair, straightening your back.

Simple auxiliary tools

Experimenting, we use a straw, which we put in the mouth before the beginning of exhalation. Then very slowly we exhale the air through the straw, before exhalation we remove the straw from the mouth, and the air remains through the nose. Using this simple auxiliary tool, it is much easier to concentrate on your breathing. Such concentration of attention can also be achieved if you hold your hand in front of your mouth and gently blow it, releasing air (like blowing a weightless fluff from your palm). When you change the position of the body and when moving, breathing changes.

Who teaches breathing exercises?

Respiratory exercises are taught by physiotherapy specialists and gymnastics teachers who have completed special courses. First, breathing exercises are recommended to be conducted under the guidance of a specialist, and later they can be repeated at home on their own.

The method is old as the world

Breath is connected with the spiritual development of man. Intense prayers and chants (during which great importance is given to exhalation), in essence, are very similar to modern breathing exercises. Even in ancient times in Greece in the first centuries after the birth of Christ breathing exercises were one of the main methods of treatment.
