Favorite hero of Russian folk tales is Ivanushka the Fool. He is lazy: he lies on the stove all day and flies away flies. Many of us already in childhood guessed that this fairy-tale hero is not quite a fool. Or rather - not a fool. Now he would most likely have been diagnosed: Asperger's syndrome. This is a kind of autism, when social naivete is intertwined with high intelligence. This syndrome, apparently, suffered Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton. So Ivan is a fool only in terms of his dark environment. And if you measure it IQ, it would not be much.
As for women from Russian folk tales, duras (and even successful ones) are not found in the daytime with fire. All are entirely Wise, Intelligent-Intelligence, Artisans, not to mention the fact that they are all like one - Beautiful. A fairy tale about how Masha-fool married the prince married, something does not recall. So do not think that love for fools is a tradition of our people ...

Where did the anecdotes about blondes come from and the idea that a woman should be durrious, since a man marries only an ugly and stupid?
