Wellness of the body with the help of bathtubs

Some go to the gym, others - to see a therapist. And I, due to natural pampering, prefer all my problems, lying in a warm bath and reading a book. What would be the means to add to the water to combine the pleasant with the wellness? And is it possible to improve the body with baths? I decided to conduct tests ...

I did not want to go to the salon. The main condition was to conduct the procedures in your own bath - so that in dank weather you can not get out of the house. I made a list, bought the ingredients and started to experiment on myself beloved.

SOME LOVE POGORYACHE.

The first in my wellness program were turpentine baths, which, judging by the numerous responses on Internet forums, give a tremendous rejuvenating effect. Indeed, two cans of turpentine emulsion (yellow and white) for baths were inexpensive, and disposal was promised almost from all existing diseases. On the assurances of the manufacturers, they had to "train capillaries", and because of problems with blood circulation, they say, and there are many difficulties with health.

True, being openly therapeutic, special relaxation or pleasure, turpentine baths are not promised. It was necessary to withstand the temperature of the water (up to a degree), the time spent in the bath (from 7 minutes), do not wet the face, do not splash. In addition, especially tender intimate parts of the body was recommended to be smeared with petroleum jelly beforehand in order to avoid a burn. I conscientiously smeared, observed time and temperature, and all the same the skin in places blushed, burned, and if I did not jump out immediately, blistered. In addition, my blood vessels turned out to be "wrong" and, instead of getting stronger, finally weakened. After the bath she began to bleed her nose. Bleeding started from every sneeze, and stopped with great difficulty and solid losses.

AS A ROSE IN OIL.

Deciding that after all the turpentine I did not care, I began to add everything that I could think of or heard somewhere in the bathtub. Baking soda (half a kilogram per bath), decoctions and infusions of herbs, iodine (1 small vial), hydrogen peroxide (120 ml), clay, red wine (1 bottle), melted honey (half glass). Not to mention ready-made purchase foams, oils and flavored salts. In all cases, the effect was the same: it all boiled down only to moral satisfaction - they say, I do everything my health for the sake of.

She felt positive changes after she had started adding a glass of milk with 5-6 drops of essential oil to the bathtub on the advice of the aroma therapist. And I bought oil very high quality, mainly Swedish or Bulgarian production. The undoubted leader was the oil of roses. And although a tiny bubble cost more than 100 y. e., he, as they say, was worth it. (In the novel "Perfume" Suiskind claimed that for the production of a liter of oil, more than 2 tons of fresh flowers are needed.) After a course of fragrant baths, I realized why at all times rose oil was worth its weight in gold. My skin became smooth, tender and fragrant.

DYEING IN ANTIOXIDANT.

Somehow (kind of accidentally) I was in the Russian Scientific Center for Restorative Medicine and Balneology. There, in addition, I was offered to take a course of antioxidant baths.

With some skepticism (turpentine left its mark in my tender soul), I listened to a doctor who told me that these baths were a new development of St. Petersburg and Moscow scientists. The main "chip" in their composition is metaphene, a synthetic long-acting antioxidant. As experts say, it saturates the cells with oxygen and neutralizes the oxidants that are formed with its deficiency. A lack of oxygen always accompanies any pathology and functional changes in the body. Such baths restore the main blood flow, normalize blood microcirculation, increase the adaptive reserves of the body and as a result reduce psychoemotional stress, improve working capacity and sleep.

To admit, all this raised doubts. Today the word "antioxidant" has become something like a pass to the world of eternal youth and health. Many cosmetic lines produce care products with the addition of antioxidants. In fact, often such proposals are nothing more than an advertising ploy. Any remedy, which includes vitamin E or A, can conditionally be called "antioxidant." But in the end curiosity won out skepticism, and I still bought a bottle of money.

RABBIT FEET.

I was recommended a course of 10-15 procedures for 4 a week. For each session is given 10-20 minutes, the water temperature should be 37-38'ะก.

At home, I immediately climbed into the tub - I could not wait to check her properties. After 20 minutes, shaking off the rest of the foam, got out of the water and ... in one evening remade all the work, which could not start a week. I felt fresh, cheerful and ready for deeds. And two hours later the desire to sleep suddenly rolled up. Like a pink rabbit, from which the batteries were pulled, I fell into bed and instantly fell asleep - calmly and deeply. Additional bonuses also pleased - the skin changed (much more noticeably than from honey or milk): it ceased to peel, became elastic, smooth, gently pink.

Experiences with baths helped me to hold out "afloat" all the long autumn and winter with its deadlines and the inability to break away from work. Now, I think, you can go on holiday with a clear conscience. And I recommend that you do everything like this with the help of baths.
