Noodles with shrimps Quite difficult to make ramen, knowing only the basic principles of its preparation, many cooks do not even try to repeat the original taste of the broth and prefer to use concentrates. I would be very grateful if you tell me how to achieve a rich and spicy taste of this ramen noodles. In the meantime, I propose to make wheat noodles with shrimps, herbs and teriyaki sauce. I used frozen shrimp without a head (neck) in order that the broth was saturated taste.
Ingredients:- Prawns royal 250 g
- Bay leaf 1 pc.
- Salt 2 pinch
- Fresh dill 3 sprigs
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Noodles wheaten 100 g
- Water 1500 ml
- Pepper black with peas 5 pcs.
- Step 1 To make noodles with shrimps you will need: king shrimps in shell, teriyaki sauce, classic soy sauce, lemon, water, dill greens, bay leaf, black pepper and wheat noodles.
- Step 2 Fry the frozen prawns with cold water.
- Step 3 In the boiling water, add salt, black pepper peas, bay leaf and juice of half a lemon.
- Step 4 Start the washed prawns.
- Step 5 Add finely chopped dill.
- Step 6 7-10 minutes after boiling, shrimp should be cooked. We add 2 tablespoons each. l. sauce teriyaki and classic soy sauce, bring to a boil and turn off.
- Step 7 We take the shrimp from the broth and clean it from the shells.
- Step 8 Cook the noodles: in boiling and slightly salted water, we start the wheat noodles, keeping the length.
- Step 9 It is better to cook the noodles until half cooked, because next to the hot broth, it can boil. In my case, 5 minutes was enough.
- Step 10 Fold the noodles in a colander.
- Step 11 Put the hot noodles in the bowl.
- Step 12 Fill with filtered broth.
- Step 13 We decorate with a slice of lemon, shrimps and greens of dill.
