8 Steps to a New Life

Change helps us to keep ourselves toned, to make life better and to enjoy it. But how can you be moved by them, if the strength of habits and fears outweigh? Need training!


Step 1. Start the day with the creative

Thoroughly working through these questions, you will go beyond the usual framework, and the enthusiasm of the guests will inspire. However, sometimes only one fresh stroke is enough. For example, the menu is familiar, but you cover the dinner on a low improvised podium in the oriental manner. As for the perfect day, it's best to turn your birthday into it. Organize everything as if it were the last celebration in your life. Return after him in the routine of everyday life no longer want. Step 6. We fall into childhood

And moreover, they perform an important therapeutic function: they allow us to expand our consciousness, push aside the face of the impossible. And also show in comparison how easy it is to do everything else: change an apartment, sign up for an aerobics group and open a small beauty salon. Compared with the preparation of its own lunar expedition, these are mere trifles!
