The procedure for wrapping algae can be carried out at home. Before wrapping it is necessary to thoroughly clean the skin. The greatest effectiveness is achieved if you apply the procedure immediately after visiting the sauna or bath. In this case, maximally expanded pores contribute to the most profound and abundant penetration of minerals into the skin.

For cold wraps, algae (this can be, for example, kelp) is soaked for two to three hours in water at a temperature of 18-20 degrees. And for hot procedures it is necessary to soak the algae for half an hour in hotter water - 36-38 degrees. In both cases, algae are taken at a rate of 100 grams per liter of water.

For more comfortable sensations during the procedure, you can make a layer of gauze or cotton fabric, but it is also possible to apply algae directly to the cleansed skin.

When wrapping algae anti-cellulite effect can be strengthened by covering the treated areas with a plastic wrap, towel or wrapping a thermal blanket. After algae removal, it is necessary to wipe the skin with infusion, left over from soaking, or take a shower.

The procedure of wrapping it is desirable to do in the evening (approximately from 18 to 22 hours), since it is at this time that the skin is most susceptible and maximally absorbs mineral substances. Usually a good effect is achieved when carrying out such procedures by courses. One course may include six to twelve procedures performed daily or every other day (alternating with other curative effects on the skin). Between courses there is a break of 2-4 months. A tangible result is achieved when the procedures are conducted at least once every 2-3 months.

The used mass of kelp can be placed in water and used for another four to five days. It is possible to reapply the soaked laminaria two times.
