Anti-cellulite wrap at home

One of the effective methods of combating cellulite is wrapping. Carry out an anti-cellulite wrap at home is very easy. Special mixtures for this procedure can be purchased at the pharmacy or in the salon, but you can prepare them yourself using components such as honey, essential oils, clay, special mud, algae and much more.

Honey and seaweed

In this case, algae or warm honey is used as a hot compress. The recipe is as follows: 2 tablespoons of fucus or kelp (you can find it in pharmacies) are diluted with warm water and left for 15 minutes, in order for the algae to swell. Then add the egg yolk, 10 and 20 drops of citrus and camphor oil, respectively. The mixture obtained is well mixed and applied to the problem zones by a thick layer.

Oily wrapping

To prepare the mixture take any "base oil" (almond, hazelnut, olive, wheat germ, jojoba) and add one of the essential oils or a mixture thereof. To 20 ml of "base oil" add a well-mixed mixture of essential oils - 3 drops of lemon, lavender and juniper oil.

Prepared at home, the mixture is applied to cellulite-affected areas, which are then wrapped in polyethylene film. It is recommended at the same time to put on warm clothes, and also, if desired, actively move or hide behind a blanket and lie under it for half an hour or hour. After that, the mixture is washed off and a moisturizer is applied.

Wrapping with blue clay

This recipe does not involve mixing any ingredients. You just need to dissolve the clay with warm water, reaching the density of sour cream. It is possible, but not necessary, to add a couple drops of any essential oil. The mixture is then applied to the body. Blue clay contains a large number of useful elements, such as iron, calcium, nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, magnesium and many others. It favorably affects the activation of blood circulation and metabolic processes in the skin.

Wrapping with honey and milk

To achieve the consistency of the mixture, use powdered milk for its preparation, in which it is necessary to add a little warm water and a few table spoons of fresh, not sugar-coated honey. In extreme cases, you can use old, hardened honey, which should be melt. However, such honey will lose some useful properties. All the ingredients are stirred until the mixture in density is similar to sour cream.

Method for carrying out anti-cellulite wrapping

Before the beginning of the wrapping procedure, the skin is cleaned with a scrub. Ideal in this case will be a scrub, which will include extracts of algae or sea salt. Then the prepared mixture is applied to the problem areas. In order to warmed up the skin better absorbed all the useful trace elements, treated areas wrapped with plastic wrap. This will help keep the heat. After the mixture has been washed away, a moisturizing cream is applied to the body, preferably with an anti-cellulite effect.

Contraindications for anti-cellulite wrapping

The procedure of wrapping is contraindicated for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, varicose veins, gynecological diseases, with some damages to the skin, and, of course, during pregnancy.
