- dandelions - - To taste (together with roots and leaves, as much as fit in the jar.)
- organic apple cider vinegar - 1 Piece (enough to fill the dandelion completely)
1. Thoroughly rinse the leaves and roots of the dandelion. Cut the greens large. Prepare a large jar for the workpiece. 2. Place dandelions in a jar and cover with cold apple cider vinegar. 3. Close the jar with a lid and shake well. Remove the workpiece in the locker for 6 weeks. 4. After the tincture is over, strain the vinegar through a filter and pour into a clean sterile jar.
