Appetizer of black bread with herring

We cut the black bread into slices, put a slice of cheese on each of them. Each slice of incision Ingredients:

• Black bread - 4 Slices
• Cream cheese - 4 Slices
• Dill - - To taste
• Potatoes cooked (small) - 8 pieces
• Bulgarian red pepper - 1/4 Pieces
• Herring (fillets) - 100 Grams

Instructions

We cut the black bread into slices, put a slice of cheese on each of them. Each slice is cut in half diagonally, sprinkled with dill. Spread a piece of herring on the edge of each sandwich. We put on the skewers a tiny boiled potato and a small piece of Bulgarian pepper. The same skewer fix the sandwich. Appetizer of black bread with herring ready! :)
