Cheesecakes with cherries. Cheesecakes are rather dense. Thanks to the manga they keep the shape well, they do not "blur" in the pan. And also the curd mass turns plastic, it is easy to work with, it does not stick strongly to the hands. Thanks to the dried cherries harvested in June, the taste of the cheese cakes is complemented by pleasant sourness and cherry note. Such a cherry can be used as an alternative to raisins. Eggs I use small, it is worth considering and adjusting the number of eggs, if they are medium or large size.
