- flour - 250 Grams (ingredients for the test :)
- powdered sugar - 100 Grams
- butter - 125 Grams
- egg - 1 piece
- apples - 3 Pieces (ingredients for the filling :)
- walnuts - 150 Grams
- cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- lemon - 1 piece (only peel)
- lemon - 2 pieces (juice only)
- Vanilla - 1 Pinch (to taste)
- cloves - 2 pieces (to taste)
Cut the apples into thin slices. To prepare the dough, mix the powdered sugar, flour, butter and egg. Knead the dough, wrap with a film and leave for 5 minutes in the freezer. Crumble the walnuts, scrape the lemon zest. Squeeze lemon juice mixed with zest. Combine together a mixture of zest and juice, walnuts, 1 tsp. cinnamon, vanilla and ground cloves on the tip of the knife. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, put it in a deep baking dish, spread a thin layer on the bottom. Then make several holes in the test with a fork. Pour lemon-nut mixture into the holes. Over lay out the apples. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Before you submit the cake to the table, it should be smeared with jam (apricot), lightly filled with cognac and set on fire.
