1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Roll out the dough for the pie and place it in the mold. Ingredients: Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Roll out the dough for the pie and place it in the mold. Decorate the edges at will. Peel and thinly cut apples. Put the pieces of apples in a large bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, vanilla and cinnamon. 3. Pour the mixture cooked with apples. Lay the apple mixture over the dough. 4. In a bowl of a food processor (or manually) mix butter, flour, sugar, pecans (chop them if you do not use a food processor) and salt. Put the mixture on top of apples. 5. Cover the pie loosely with foil and gently secure the edges. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for one hour. At the end, remove the foil and bake until golden brown. You can bake for 15 or 20 minutes more, if necessary. 6. Remove the cake from the oven. Allow to cool slightly. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
