1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the oat flakes, flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. 2. Cut the oil into small pieces. Add chopped cold butter to dry ingredients. Stir the mixture with your fingers or a whisk until it looks like crumbs. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture. 3. Put the remaining dough into a baking dish and smooth the surface. Bake in the oven for 12-13 minutes until the dough becomes firm to the touch. The dough should not be brown. 4. Remove the mold from the oven. Heat the strawberry jam in the microwave for 30 seconds, then mix with the lemon zest. Pour the warm jam over the dough. Put the cut strawberries on top. Sprinkle 1 cup of the remaining dough pieces. 5. Return the form to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes, until light brown. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool for 1 hour. 6. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave. Pour the melted chocolate over the dough. Cut into slices and serve.
