All the greens must be finely chopped. Mix the greens and nutmeg. Add the softened butter to the greens. We mix it well. The turkey should be thoroughly rinsed and dried using a paper towel. We start the turkey with apples and onions cut into quarters. We bind the legs of the turkey with a twine, so that the turkey does not lose shape when baked. We put the turkey on a baking tray, from all sides lubricate the cooked creamy sauce. We distribute the remaining apples and onions in a tray and pour the remaining sauce. We put in the oven and bake for about 3 hours at 175 degrees. The cooking time depends on the size of the turkey - 3 hours at this temperature baked turkey weighing 4.5-5 kg.
