- a bunch of fresh asparagus - 1 piece
- balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup
- garlic - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1 pinch
- ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- water - 3 Cups
- of cold water - 3 Cups
- ice cubes - To taste
1. Clear the asparagus. Trim the edges and cut into pieces. Grind the garlic. In a large saucepan bring the water to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook for 3 minutes. 2. Mix the cold water and ice cubes in a large bowl, then get the asparagus from the pan and immerse it in cold water with ice. Drain the water and put the asparagus in a bowl. 3. Make a dressing by mixing balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and black ground pepper. 4. Pour the dressing over the asparagus. Immediately submit.
