Tuna with mango slices

200 g of tuna, cut into 30-gram slices;
3/4 tsp. coriander;
1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper;
1 PC. mango, cut into cubes;
4 leeks cut diagonally;
1/4 tbsp. coriander, chopped;
2 tbsp. l. rice vinegar;
1/2 tsp. sesame oil.
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven before cooking. Tuna season on both sides with coriander and cayenne pepper, put on a baking sheet. Bake the tuna in the oven for 5 minutes on each side.
In the meantime, mix mangoes, leeks, cilantro, vinegar and sesame oil.
3. Spread the tuna on plates, on top of it lay the mango mixture and serve.
