We cook pies with mushrooms and chicken. Making pies is a fascinating, interesting and, most importantly, thankful. It is unlikely that even in one family there are those who do not like them. However, all prefer different fillings - meat, potato, cabbage or berry. Of course, pies are often not cooked-and there are many fights with the test, and for the figure the consequences are not the best, that's why they are considered a festive or Sunday dish. After all, the time for cooking them from many housewives only appears on weekends. Although, if you really want, then you can buy a ready-made dough in the store - yeast or puff, it does not matter. In the latter case, not even patties will be obtained, but croissants. Yes, and with the filling of the special trouble will not be, if you decide to make patties baked with chicken and mushrooms. Chicken fillet can be either boiled or raw, and mushrooms - fresh or pickled. Cook from what is, do not try to follow the recipe strictly. Such impromptu often lead to the fact that a new favorite dish appears in the family. Pies with chicken and mushrooms may well become one of these dishes: with minimal effort (especially if you buy a ready-made dough), you can feed the family with a delicious and hearty meal by serving fresh chicken soup with patties.
Ingredients:- Yeast, fresh, 25 g
- Water boiled 0.25 tbsp.
- Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Kefir 1 tbsp.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Wheat flour 6 tbsp.
- Chicken fillet 200g
- Mushrooms champignons 300 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Salt 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare pies we take fresh yeast, kefir, eggs, flour; for the filling - chicken fillet, champignons and onions. All products for dough should be at room temperature.
- Step 2 Let's start with the opary - to combine yeast, warm water, a tablespoon of flour and a teaspoon of sugar.
- Step 3 Mix everything well, place in a warm place for 30 minutes, so that the opara comes up.
- Step 4 Then add 1 egg, a cup of yogurt, 60 ml of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and a little sifted flour.
- Step 5 Gradually introduce 4-6 glasses of flour. Knead the dough, so that it easily lagged behind the hands, but was not tight.
- Step 6 Put the finished dough in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. The dough should fit - increase in volume by 2 times.
- Step 7 In the meantime, prepare the filling. Mushrooms and onions cut into cubes.
- Step 8 Chicken fillet is well washed and cut into cubes.
- Step 9 Preheat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the onions and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.
- Step 10 Then add chicken fillet.
- Step 11 Fry all together 5-10 minutes until the chicken is ready, add salt and black ground pepper to taste.
- Step 12 Cool the filling.
- Step 13 Lightly grease the work surface with vegetable oil. Divide the dough of the workpiece.
- Step 14 Make a cake from the dough and put the filling in the center.
- Step 15 Gently and firmly tighten the edges, forming a patty.
- Step 16 Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil and lay the patties with a seam down. Then beat 1 egg and grease the patties, so that when baked, they turn rosy.
- Step 17 Bake in a preheated to 170 ° C oven for 25-35 minutes before a crispy crust.
