We put the meat in the marinade, mix and clean in the cold for 2-3 hours. 5. We get out of the refrigerator in advance, so that the meat could warm up a little. String pieces on the skewers. 6. And here the most interesting begins - each skewer is wrapped in food foil. And - on the coals! The meat will be baked in its own juice, but it will be soaked with a light aroma of smoke and grasses.
