1. Peel the apples and grate them. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Sprinkle the donut form with oil in a spray and set aside. 2. Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar and sugar until smooth. 3. Add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract, whisk. Add the flour mixture and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
