Cheesemakers from the oven ... Although I would call them faster curd buns. Some chefs of the "high" cuisine believe that the real cheesecakes do not add flour. So I decided to implement one of the recipes, replacing flour with finely ground semolina. The result pleased. The cheesecakes quickly turned out and just as quickly ended. Scampish notes. I advise you not to be too lazy and rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. I have several reasons. First, my children do not like cottage cheese, and rubbing it through a sieve, I get rid of the lumps that so embarrass the children. The second, crocked cottage cheese, will be much more gentle, I even think that the syrniki in this case is airy. The stuffing can choose any: raisins, dried apricots, someone adds a rubbed apple. In general, dream and enjoy delicious homemade cheese cakes.
