- Onions - 70 Grams

- Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- Sour Cream - 100 Grams

Wash potatoes, peel and slice them. Peel onion finely chop. Champignons wash and cut into small pieces. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and fry onion with flour. Flour will give the onion a beautiful shade and allow to keep the desired consistency of the dish. In another pan fry until golden mushrooms. Put the potatoes in a roasting dish. Add mushrooms, onions, spices and sour cream and stir well. You can also sprinkle with cheese. Put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes. Your dinner is ready! Bon Appetit!
