Salad «Delicacy»
- chicken meat - 600 g
- mushrooms champignons - 150 g
- walnut (chipped) - 100 g
- Butter - 30 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 100 g
- salt
Cooking method:
- boil the chicken meat in slightly salted water until completely cooked. Usually the cooking time is 30 minutes. Allow the meat to cool and then cut it finely;
- mushrooms, arbitrarily sliced, lightly cook on butter for about 10 minutes;
- Cheese grind with a small grater, and nuts - in a blender;
- in a deep bowl, mix all the prepared ingredients, add salt and dress the finished dish with mayonnaise.
Salad "Harmony" with smoked chicken
- Smoked chicken meat - 400 g
- egg chicken - 4 pieces
- prunes without seeds - 150 g
- walnut (chipped) - 100 g
- carrots - 2 pieces
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- hard cheese - 300 g
- mushrooms champignons - 250 g
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.
- fresh cucumber - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 50 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- berries of cranberries - 2 tbsp. l.
- fresh parsley - 2 sprigs
Preparation of ingredients:
- First of all, it is necessary to boil the eggs for 10 minutes, let them cool, clean from the shell and grind with a small grater;
- Boiled potatoes should be cut into small cubes, and carrots - grate on a coarse grater;
- carefully wash the mushrooms (champignons) and finely chop. Then pass them in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes. Fry the mushrooms at the end of the frying;
- prunes pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes, let it cool, then cut into small pieces;
- hard cheese grate on fine grater;
- Cut the meat of the smoked chicken into small pieces, chop the nuts in a blender;
- slice fresh cucumber.
Preparation:
Now proceed directly to create a puffed salad "Harmony". On the dish, you must lay out the layers in the following order:
- on the bottom, first layer the grated carrots and grease it with mayonnaise;
- On top of mayonnaise, place half of the grated cheese and half of the grated eggs evenly;
- On top of the eggs, put half the potatoes and lightly salt and grease the surface with mayonnaise;

- then all the fried mushrooms and the second part of the crushed nuts;
- On top of walnuts, place the second half of the potatoes, lightly salt and grease with mayonnaise;
- tear mayonnaise with the remaining grated eggs and cheese;
- Decorate the surface of the salad with fresh cucumber, nuts, parsley and cranberries;
- Before serving, the salad should be cooled in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Salad puff pastry with chicken "Overture"
- chicken breast - 500 g
- mushrooms - 500 g
- hard cheese - 200 g
- prunes without seeds - 200 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- walnut - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 200 g
- sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.
- salt to taste
Cooking method:
- cut the mushrooms and onion into small cubes and pass them on the sunflower oil for 6-8 minutes;
- in a small container for 10 minutes, steal the prunes and finely chop it;
- in a blender, chop the kernels of nuts, and on a large grater, grate the cheese;
- prepare the dish and spread the prepared ingredients in the following order: the first layer - mushrooms with onion, the second - all chopped chicken fillet, which should be covered with a layer of prunes and mayonnaise. Then put a layer of grated cheese and spread it again with mayonnaise. And in conclusion, sprinkle with a thin nut layer;
- put the dish in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
