Summer tea with ice With the onset of hot days, we are constantly beginning to suffer from thirst, which many people have become satisfied with with soda water, mineral water or even beer. But this is not the best option - and the purchase of lemonade, and beer is very high in calories, and its performance is poor, in a few minutes, thirst returns with renewed vigor. As for mineral water, it can not be drunk much, especially if it is a curative or therapeutic-dining room. Of course, the usual drinking water helps to get rid of thirst better, but sometimes you want something not just cool and refreshing, but also delicious. Here you will get a prepared cold tea prepared in advance with mint and apple. Proportions, like the type of tea, you can take any, but too strong to make this drink is not worth it, because its main goal is not to cheer, but for a long time to save you from an unpleasant, painful sense of thirst. In the East, from thirst, they are saved only by hot tea, poured into small pails. You can try this option, perhaps you will like it more. But usually we Slavs prefer chilled drinks, so it's better to wait until tea with mint and apple cool down, and serve it with ice cubes.
Ingredients:- Tea black 1 tbsp. l.
- Fresh mint 0.5 bunch
- Apple 1 pc.
- Sugar 100 g
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Water 800 ml
