Salad "Boyarsky" Salad with a lot of ingredients! In it, successfully fresh vegetables (tomatoes and cucumbers), boiled potatoes, canned peas are combined with boiled chicken meat, walnuts, butter, and seasoned with classic mayonnaise salad. When I cooked this salad for the first time (about 5 years ago), it was a novelty for me, but butter and mayonnaise aroused fears, but we liked the salad very much, I decided to repeat the salad the other day - I did not regret it! Its taste is somewhat reminiscent of the taste of Olivier salad, there is a lot of salad, but at the table it disperse quickly.
Ingredients:- Potatoes 5 pcs.
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Cucumber 1 pc.
- Canned peas 1 can
- Walnut walnut 0.5 tbsp.
- Chicken drumstick 1 pc.
- Butter 100 g
- Mayonnaise 7 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Step 1 We will need potatoes (I have a small one), canned peas, fresh cucumber and tomatoes, chicken thigh (or chicken fillet), peeled walnuts, frozen butter, mayonnaise, salt, black ground pepper to prepare the Boyars salad.
- Step 2 Pre-boil the chicken thigh and potatoes "in uniforms." The whole leg is cooled, we separate the meat from the bones, crush it.
- Step 3 To the meat, add the chopped walnuts, the frozen butter rubbed on a large grater, generously salt and pepper.
- Step 4 Stir. We put in the refrigerator.
- Step 5 Cucumber washing, cut into thin strips.
- Step 6 My tomatoes, cut out the peduncles, cut into small cubes.
- Step 7 We cool the cooled potatoes, cut into small cubes.
- Step 8 We combine canned peas, sliced potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber. Stirring.
- Step 9 We get chicken from the refrigerator with nuts and butter, pour them into vegetables. Stirring.
- Step 10 Dressing the salad with mayonnaise.
- Step 11 Mix and you can immediately submit to the table! Salad for a long time is not recommended, as fresh tomatoes secrete through time juice and salad can quickly deteriorate.
