Finely chop the greens of garlic. Finely cut fresh basil leaves. Leaves thyme from the twigs. Grind the greenery of parsley. In a bowl of blender or food processor we put pieces of butter at room temperature. There we load shredded greens. Mix the greens with butter. In the process of mixing the oil with herbs, add a little olive oil to the bowl. At the output, we get a green oil of about the same consistency as in the photo. Green oil is ready for further use. For example, I am smeared with fresh bread and butter for breakfast.
