Rolls in sesame Uramaki - a special kind of sushi, for the preparation of which requires a certain skill and experience. The fact is that nori, which in ordinary poppies is the shell for its contents, is located inside the uramaki, and the filling is enclosed in a layer of rice. To make such a roll is much more difficult, but it looks so unusual and appetizing that it asks for a plate. Uramaki with salmon is one of the most popular rolls. This fish has a gentle, mild taste and remarkably beautiful color, and for sushi is important not only the taste, but also the appearance of the dish. Salmon can be located inside the roll, and wrap it over rice. In this version, salmon and cucumber are located inside, and the roll itself is decorated with sesame seeds on the outside. On the cut, an appetizing picture opens: the orange-red tender flesh adjoins the green of the cucumber, and the sesame seeds on the background of white rice correspond with the thin dark stripe of the nori.
