Rolls with salmon and cheese Cooking rolls at home is very interesting and not difficult! The recipe offered by us is simple and convenient, you just get the necessary structure in 25-30 minutes. Just need to pay attention to nori - often the sheet is preliminarily cut into 2 parts, but it depends on the type of roll you choose, so in advance think over the question with nori. Today we offer to prepare rolls with salmon, cucumber and cheese. This kind of roll is very similar to the Philadelphia rolls, due to the availability of cheese, salmon and cucumber in the first place. But it is easier to prepare as it is wrapped in nori. Of course, during the preparation process, questions may arise or the first roll will not be ideal, but this is no reason to stop! Try to prepare rolls and you must capture and carry away this business!
Ingredients:- Round-grain rice 300 g
- Vinegar rice 2 tsp.
- Sugar 2 tsp.
- Salmon salted 200 g
- Cucumber 2 pcs.
- Philadelphia cheese 150g
- Seaweed nori 4 pcs.
- Water 350 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the rolls, let's take salted salmon, fresh cucumbers, rice, nori sheets, soft cream cheese.
- Step 2 300 grams of rice thoroughly rinse in running water, so that the wash water becomes almost transparent.
- Step 3 Fill the rice with 350 ml of cold water and bring to a boil over high heat without closing the lid.
- Step 4 Then reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 12 minutes under the lid. After the pan is removed from the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes, do not remove the lid.
- Step 5 Prepare the refueling: connect 2 tsp. rice vinegar, warm water and sugar. It's good to stir everything so that the sugar dissolves as much as possible.
- Step 6 In the hot rice add refueling and mix everything well. Cool the rice.
- Step 7 Cut the salmon into thin strips.
- Step 8 Peel cucumbers and cut into thin strips.
- Step 9 Pre-cut the nori sheets in half. Put half the nori on the maki, and then distribute the rice evenly 0.5-0.8 cm thick.
- Step 10 Lay a strip of fish and cucumber and squeeze cream cheese through a culinary bag.
- Step 11 Then tighten the roll as tightly and neatly as possible.
- Step 12 Ready to leave the roll for 5-10 minutes. From the specified quantity of products it turns out 6-7 rolls.
- Step 13 Then each roll is cut into 6 pieces.
- Step 14 Serve rolls with wasabi, marinated ginger and soy sauce.
