Home grilling A grillage is a famous French dessert made from fried nuts and sugar. This is one and favorite treats for both children and adults, which can easily be cooked at home. And there is nothing to eat - nuts, sugar and water. That the syrup is not sugared it is necessary to add lemon juice to it, and that the nuts evenly intervene in the syrup, they must be added warmed. Quite a bit of time - and the homemade delicacy is ready!
Ingredients:- Walnut 250 g
- Sugar 150g
- Lemon juice 20 ml
- Water 50 ml
- Step 1 To make a grill from walnuts, we need sugar, walnuts, water, lemon juice.
- Step 2 Connect the sugar and water and cook over a low heat for 6-7 minutes.
- Step 3 Nuts chop.
- Step 4 Sift through a large sieve nut dust and small crumbs (we do not need them).
- Step 5 Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan for 4-5 minutes.
- Step 6 The syrup was cooked - until the sample "on a soft ball" - a drop of syrup on the plate does not spread out and after cooling it is soft.
- Step 7 Add lemon juice to the syrup.
- Step 8 Add the prepared hot nuts from the frying pan.
- Step 9 Boil 2-3 minutes until a slight thickening.
- Step 10 Put the hot nut mixture in the form on baking paper, greased with vegetable oil.
- Step 11 Cut or cut the grill into pieces before serving.
