Buns with guava and cream cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Fix the baking tray with parchment paper or place a silicone baking mat on it. In a blender or food processor lay out the guava with syrup and add the lemon juice, mix to a homogeneous mass. 2. Using a mixer, whisk together cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy consistency. On the slightly floured surface, put the sheets of puff pastry. Cut the sheets into squares measuring 10X10 cm. From each sheet of the test you should get about 9 squares. 3. Put in the center of each square about 2 tablespoons of a mixture of cream cheese, and then put 1 tablespoon of the mixture from guava. 4. Lubricate the edges of the squares with water and wrap, like a burrito. 5. Put the buns on a prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until golden brown, until the buns become lush. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the buns with powdered sugar. Serve the buns warm.
