1. Prepare cranberry jam. All ingredients should be placed in a saucepan and brought to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 2. Reduce the heat and cook, stirring occasionally until the mixture slightly thickens, about 20 minutes. Gem thickens even more with subsequent cooling. Roll the dough into a long rectangle. Spread evenly the cranberry jam from above. Pour melted butter, and then sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Sprinkle with salt. If you want, you can add walnuts. 4. Roll the dough into a long tight roll, secure the place of the seam. Cut the roll into rolls 2.5-3.5 cm thick and put in a greased form. Allow to rise for at least 20 minutes. Bake buns in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. 5. Prepare the glaze. When baking buns, mix all the ingredients, adding more milk or orange juice, so that the glaze is not very thick. 6. Pour the buns with orange glaze on top. Serve warm or at room temperature.
