1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. In a bowl mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar powder together until a creamy consistency is obtained. 2. Add salt and flour and continue to whisk until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture will not resemble wet sand with large crumbs. 3. Use your hands to make all the crumbs together and form one large ball of dough. 4. There are several options for how to proceed - you can put all the dough into one large pie shape and sprinkle sugar on top and then cut into slices. 5. Alternatively, you can roll out the dough and cut the dough and sprinkle sugar on top of it using molds or a cookie cutter. Bake cookies for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before applying glaze and applying. 6. To prepare the glaze, beat all the ingredients together in a bowl.
