As soon as the oil warms up - we put the cut vegetables into it. Cooking on a quick fire, stirring, about 7-10 minutes. During this time, vegetables will decrease in volume almost 2 times. The main thing - do not forget to mix vegetables constantly so that they do not burn out. During these 7-10 minutes the cabbage will acquire a golden hue, become softer and decrease in volume. Now we reduce the fire to the average, we add butter to the vegetables. Immediately after this, add the cooked rice to the dish. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
