1. Grate the hard cheese on a grater, preferably on a fine grater. In a separate bowl, sift the flour and add salt to taste and chilled butter. The oil will need to be chopped. Hand rub the flour and butter to make a crumb. Add the grated cheese to the flour and break the egg there. 2. Knead out of all this dough. It will turn out to be elastic. Divide your dough in half and roll two sausages with a diameter of about 5 cm. Pour the cumin on the cutting board and roll both sausages in it. 3. Two sausages wrap separately in a food film and put in the refrigerator for an hour, approximately. 4. Cut each sausage of dough into rings with a thickness of about 1 cm.
