- Cabbage - 250 Grams
- Pineapple - 200 Grams (canned)
- Green onions - 70 Grams
- Raisins - 70 Grams
- Olive oil - 40 milliliters
- Vinegar - 3 st. spoons (to taste)
- Pineapple juice - 40 milliliters
Cut cabbage into cubes, squeeze well. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Cut the spring onions. Collect cabbage, onion, pineapple, washed dry raisins in a salad bowl. Add a mixture of pineapple juice, vinegar and olive oil. Spices and salt to taste. Insist 15 minutes.
