Crisp salad Thanks to the ingenuity and ingenuity of the owner of a small restaurant located near Hollywood, Caesar Cardini, world cuisine has been replenished with one of the most delicious and popular salads, which is undoubtedly found in the menu of almost every modern restaurant. Of course, this is Caesar. But in fact Caesar's salad was prepared by an enterprising Italian at random, from the fact that he just turned up on his arm during an unexpected influx of visitors. Not wanting to lose customers, and not being able to quickly feed such a crowd wanting to drink and eat, Caesar simply crumbled into a large bowl everything that was available at that moment in the kitchen: cheese, boiled eggs, lettuce leaves and fried toast, all dressed with olive oil with garlic and lemon juice and ... famous throughout the world. The guests liked the snack so much that they told a wonderful cook to all friends and acquaintances, and over time, rumor made Caesar salad popular all over the world, and Cardini was a fairly wealthy man. However, since then every chef tried to somehow improve the original salad recipe by adding different ingredients to it, so today there are many options for Caesar salad. We propose one of these options for you today.
Ingredients:- Green salad 2 bunch
- Cheese Parmesan 50 g
- Loaf of 0.5 piece.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Mustard French (with grains) 2 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil 7 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
