Nuts are laid out on a baking tray, covered with parchment paper, and bake for 8-10 minutes at 175 degrees. Then, in a water bath, melt the butter. In the melted butter, without removing it from the water bath, add finely chopped chocolate (90 grams). Melt chocolate in butter, remove from heat. Add the cocoa powder to the resulting mixture. There we add sugar. Begin to beat the mixture at a slow speed mixer. Continuing to beat, alternately enter into the mixture of eggs. When the chocolate mass becomes homogeneous, we add cream cheese. Stirring. Continuing to mix, add flour and salt to the mixture. Finally, we introduce nuts into the mixture. Put the resulting dough in a shallow form for baking. Bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 165 degrees. In the meantime, the cake is baked - prepare the cream. In a small saucepan mix the crumbled chocolate (60 g) and cream. We put on a slow fire. Constantly stirring, bring the chocolate-cream mixture to a boil. As soon as it boils, we remove it from the fire. We get the finished cake, let it cool down. Then we make holes in the cake - you can do this using the back of a wooden spoon, for example. We fill the holes with the prepared cream. When this is done, put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The brownie cake is ready. Bon Appetit!
