Raspberry jam is prepared as follows: 1. Raspberry should be sorted by removing the spoiled berries and other rubbish. 2. Put raspberries in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add water, cover the pan with a lid and steam raspberries over low heat until soft. 3. Wipe raspberries through a sieve or with a blender. 4. Add sugar to the raspberry purée. 5. Put on a slow fire and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon and removing the foam, until ready (thickening). Readiness of jam can be determined by drop. If the drop does not spread over the cold plate, then the jam is ready. 6. Finished jam from raspberries pour into dry sterilized jars and roll them with dry sterilized lids.
