Chocolate brownies can be cooked in a lean version. This recipe was shown by Elena Chekalova in the culinary story of the morning telecast. The curious Brownies are cooked in a microwave oven, they contain a limited amount of ingredients, but they, like the famous cakes with a full recipe, have a chocolate flavor, a soft, slightly damp center and to all this - nice crunchy nuts. The recipe uses apple puree for baby food, which can be replaced with any other fruit puree. Sahara for myself, I usually add more than indicated, and salt, on the contrary, I exclude, but this is a matter of taste.
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
- Cocoa powder 3 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Walnut walnut 0.5 tbsp.
- Apple puree 12 tbsp. l.
- Soda 0.25 tsp.
- Salt 0.25 tsp.
- Step 1 Prepare the ingredients we need: flour, cocoa, apple puree, walnuts (3 tablespoons), sugar, soda and salt.
