Ingredients. Sift in one bowl of flour, cocoa and soda. In a separate bowl, mix kefir and sugar. Stir well to allow the sugar to dissolve. Stirring with a spoon or a whisk, gradually introduce into the liquid mixture a dry one. Mix the resulting dough with a mixer until smooth. Pour the dough into a baking dish, greased with butter. We bake the cake cake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, about 20-25 minutes. Ready cake slightly cool and cut in half. We cover the first cake with cream for the cake, we put the second cake on top, we also cover it with cream. We decorate the cake with nuts. We put the cake in the fridge for 2 hours, after which it can be served to the table. Bon Appetit! ;)
