"Peaches" for tea As soon as I saw these cakes, I realized that I had to prepare them. They are really very similar to peaches and are so bright and cute that they attract the eye. I think this is a perfect example of homemade baking, easy to prepare and very cozy. I think that even a beginning hostess will cope with this recipe. The dough is short, but very tender, supple in work. The filling is very good - and as a result a very positive result!
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 3.5 tbsp.
- Butter 80 g
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Vanillin 1 tsp.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Boiled condensed milk 1 jar
- Walnut 70 g
- Beets 1 pc.
- Brown sugar 70 g
- Carrot 2 pcs.
- Step 1 For the preparation of shortcake prepare the following products: flour (sift), butter at room temperature, eggs, sugar and sour cream.
- Step 2 Eggs beat with sugar and vanilla.

- Step 10 For cream, boil a jar of condensed milk for 2 hours in a pot of water, but you can buy a ready-made boiled condensed milk. I prefer cooking myself.

- Step 12 Stuff the halves with cream.
- Step 13 Lubricate the edges of the boiled condensed milk and glue the halves.
- Step 14 Clean carrots and beets for juice, prepare sugar for sprinkling. The fine brown suited perfectly.
- Step 15 Press on the juicer carrot juice.
- Step 16 Squeeze the beet juice, if you do not have a juicer, then grate the vegetables on the grater and squeeze the juice through the cheesecloth.
- Step 17 When the halves of the "peaches" are seized, you can start decorating.
- Step 18 Dip the "peach" 2/3 into the carrot juice and let it drain a little, then the unpainted part into the beet juice and immediately roll in the sugar.
- Step 19 "Peaches" ready. Give them a little drying and you can serve.
