Pie with condensed milk

• Butter - 80 Grams
• Shortbread cookie - 300 Grams
• Egg yolk - 3 pieces
• Condensed milk - 400 milliliters
• Lemon - 1/3 Pieces

We take our cookies, put it in a bag and crush it to the state of not very large crumbs. In chopped cookies, add finely chopped cold butter. We mix everything thoroughly. In the baking dish, spread the resulting mass. At the edges we form the sides, the dough itself is distributed very evenly throughout the mold. Put the form in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Now let's deal with the filling. With the help of a mixer, whisk the yolks, then add the condensed milk into them and beat again. Add a little lemon juice to the mixture. We take out our form from the oven, pour out the filling on it. Put the cake back in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Delicious pie with condensed milk is ready :)
