First we prepare the biscuit dough. To do this, in a small saucepan, break the eggs and add 175 gr. Sahara. We put on a slow fire, cook until the sugar dissolves, the resulting mixture is whipped until elasticity of 10-15 minutes at an average speed of the mixer. In the resulting mixture, sift flour and starch, mix thoroughly. Pour the dough into a mold for baking diameters of 27 cm, bake 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready to bake the cake on the grill. Now let's prepare the orange cream. To do this, mix in a thick-bottomed pan sauce of lemon, lemon juice, 75 gr. sugar, yolks, 30 gr. flour and salt. We put on the fire and cook for 2 minutes after boiling. Remove the orange cream from the fire, add a finely chopped half of the orange into it. The cold biscuit is cut in half. We impregnate the cakes with strong tea: make tea, dunk a brush in it and lubricate it well. On top, we smear both cakes with orange cream. Whipped cream with 100 grams. sugar to the consistency of the cream. The resulting cream is smeared cakes over the orange cream. We collect the cake, putting one cake on the other. We cut the walnuts into crumbs. In a small saucepan, bring to a boil the cream. In boiling cream, add finely chopped chocolate and 20 gr. flour.
