1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate a small square baking dish or lather with parchment paper. Mix together the peanut butter, light brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and butter until light caramel color. 2. Add flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Stir well until smooth. Place the cooked dough in a baking dish. Put in a preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the form. 3. While the cake is cooling off, cook the glaze. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a small bowl. In a saucepan bring the cream to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Pour on top of the pieces of chocolate. Wait until the chocolate melts, and gently mix. 4. Allow the glaze to stand for 5 minutes, until it is slightly thickened. Pour the glaze over the cooked dough. Put in the fridge to freeze the glaze. Cut into squares and serve.
