Pork rolls with feta cheese This is a real festive dish! Baked pork rolls, with a slice of ham and feta cheese in the middle, are incredibly juicy and tasty! Ham gives the dish a peculiar delicate flavor, brackish molten feta cheese brings a kind of spicy zest, and therefore the rolls turn out to be unusual! During baking, a lot of juice is allocated, and if you serve pork rolls with mashed potatoes (which is a very good side dish in this case), then this juice can be poured - it will taste deliciously doubly. In general, I recommend unequivocally!
Ingredients:- Pork loin without rib 600 g
- Ham 300 g
- Feta cheese 180g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For the preparation of rolls we will need pork loin, ham, sliced thin slices (on a slicer, if you do not have a slicer, ask the store to cut it in such thin pieces, the usual knife is unlikely to get exactly and how to cut, and this is important for this dish!), feta cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, fresh parsley, olive oil.
- Step 2 Cut the Koreku into pieces approximately 0.7-1 cm. In total, I got 10 pieces - that is, there will be 10 rolls.
- Step 3 We beat off as much as possible thinner each piece of pork. Must get pieces of meat in size a little more pieces of ham.
- Step 4 We cut the cheese into cubes of the same size.
- Step 5 Grind the garlic and parsley.
- Step 6 Now we form rolls. We take a pork chop, salt and pepper. Salt is not much, less than usual, as feta is already salty!
- Step 7 Sprinkle the entire area with a chopped chopped parsley with garlic.
- Step 8 Spread a slice of ham.
- Step 9 On the ham lay one by one / two pieces of feta.
- Step 10 We wrap the roll, trying to make it as dense as possible.
- Step 11 Put the rolls in a baking dish, on the bottom of which you can put carrots, potatoes or cabbage.
- Step 12 Sprinkle with olive oil, lightly salted and peppered (again slightly!).
- Step 13 Bake in preheated to 180 ° C oven for about 25 minutes, then grill at 200 ° C for 10 minutes! We serve the table in hot form, with vegetables or other garnish!
