- celery - 200 Grams
- walnuts - 1 glass
- garlic - 5 teeth
- vinegar - 2 items. spoons
- bread crumbs - 1 st. a spoon
- vegetable oil - 2 items. spoons
- salt - To taste
The salad is prepared in a few minutes. Preparation: To cook the sauce, chop the garlic and walnuts in a blender or food processor until an oily consistency is obtained. Add breadcrumbs, vinegar, salt to taste and vegetable oil. Mix well. Shredded celery in a salad bowl and pour the prepared sauce. If desired, decorate the salad with halves of walnuts. Immediately submit.
