Cream-soup with shrimps A rich cheese cream soup with shrimps, very delicate, creamy and easy to prepare! A special highlight of it is that when serving in each serving, we put a large boiled shrimp apart from the soup and sprinkle it with parmesan plates, making the soup even more saturated to taste and presentable in appearance!
Ingredients:- Potatoes 4 pcs.
- Shrimp frozen peeled 250 g
- Shrimp large 3 pcs.
- Cream cheese 180 g
- Cheese Parmesan 25 g
- Fresh dill 0.3 bunch
- Curcuma 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Black pepper powder 0.5 g
- Water 1200 ml
- Step 1 To make a cheese cream soup with shrimps we will need potatoes, peeled defrosted shrimps, melted cheese of good quality, parmesan cheese, large shrimps, salt, freshly ground black pepper, turmeric, dill greens, water.
- Step 2 Potatoes are cleaned, washed, cut into large pieces, piled in a saucepan, poured into water and boiled until tender, salting in the process of cooking to your liking.
- Step 3 Put the boiled potatoes into the blender bowl.
- Step 4 Whisk into a smoothie. It's okay if there are some solid lumps left.
- Step 5 Put the mashed potatoes in a saucepan, in the same water in which it was boiled. Mix with whisk until uniform. Sprinkle thawed peeled shrimp. Bring to a boil.
- Step 6 We rub the melted cheese on a large grater and put it in the soup. Stir and cook over medium heat until the curds completely dissolve (about 8 minutes).
- Step 7 Add spices to the soup - turmeric and black ground pepper, stir.
- Step 8 Dill my greens, chop and pour into the soup. We mix the last time and set aside the soup from the fire. Let's brew for 10 minutes, during this time we boil large shrimps.
- Step 9 Spoon the soup into portions, in each of them lay out 1 large boiled shrimp and sprinkle with parmesan plates. Immediately we serve to the table.
