Cheesecakes with cottage cheese

Preparation:

Cottage cheese will be rubbed through a sieve, add sour cream, eggs, salt, sugar and put into the refrigerator for 45 minutes. From the flour mixed with baking powder and salt, butter, eggs and sour cream, knead the dough, roll into a bowl, wrap in parchment paper and for 45 minutes, too, put in the refrigerator.

Oven will warm up to 200 degrees. The dough is rolled into a layer 3 mm thick and we cut out an equal number of circles with a diameter of 12 and 9 cm. In the middle of each larger circle we put 2 tbsp. l. fillings of curd and cover with a smaller mug. The edges of the lower dough are greased with yolk, bend upward, as shown in the picture. Top of the cheesecakes, too, grease the yolks and for 20 minutes put in the oven to bake at the second level from the bottom.
