Cherry coves

We take a large bowl, pour warm milk into it and add dry yeast. Leave for 5 minutes. Then add a quarter cup of sugar and a cup of flour to the bowl. Beat with electric mixer until uniform. Leave the mixture in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Opara should get up well - as in the photo. When the opara rises - add the egg, melted butter, 3/4 cup sugar and vanillin. Gradually introducing flour, stir the dough at a low speed of your machine to mix the dough (to whom is more convenient). Add the flour and knead the dough until the dough becomes smooth and does not stop sticking to your hands. We shift the dough into a large bowl and leave to rise for an hour and a half in a warm place. When the dough is suitable, we roll out a log from it, dividing it into 6 equal parts. Each part is rolled into a thin flat cake. We cut each cake into triangles. In the center of each triangle we put a little sugar and a few cherries (without pits). We wrap from the edges to the center. Similarly, we form all the remaining bays. Then we spread them with a tail down on a baking tray, covered with parchment paper. Immediately put the bays in the oven I do not advise - let them stand for another 30 minutes, let them rise. We bake buns for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready-made hot buns brush with a mixture of 2 tbsp. water and 1 tbsp. Sahara. The buns are ready!
